As summer comes to a close this Labor Day Weekend that typically signifies the beginning of football season and COOLER weather in the state of Texas. With cooler temperatures that means better GOLF conditions!

As part of Legacy Sport & Wellness Center’s Sport Tip Series, Legacy plans to share some helpful tips in the upcoming weeks about the game of GOLF, exercise,  and your body.
