People do not understand the purpose of myofascial stretching.  This was a post I read about stretching… “Stretching can weaken your muscles by 30%”.

When you stretch, and the technique used to stretch, are key factors. In all the athletes Legacy Center has consulted with, myofascial stretching has never produced a problem with strength or power output, and it is a foundational part of their training and REGEN programs.
