Legacy Immersions may be for a day, a long weekend, or 7 to 10 days. The Immersion In California was for a week. Legacy rents a house or condominium, buys organic food and cooks it, teaches MFS and ELDOA classes during the evening while the sport of the season is enjoyed during the day. The focus is on the individual who chooses to be part of the Immersion experience so that when the Immersion is over, the individual leaves with a good understanding of what to change to live a healthier life and with several tools to implement the change.
