Everyone wants to talk about movement and working out to negate the effects of being sedentary or working-sitting all day. Here’s a tip from the ELDOA program hosted by Legacy Sport & Wellness Center – for movement… WALK! Walk a couple times a day and use the ELDOA at night before bed. The results will surprise you!
