The evil of good is better…

…and we see this all the time in ‘new and improved’ products that usually are no such thing.

Truvia is such an example.  This is the new and improved sister of Stevia, which is a sugar substitute from the Ssouth American stevia plant and is totally safe in its natural form.  It can be used to sweeten most any dish and drink.

Truvia is a highly processed form of Stevia, using only certain active ingredients and not the entire plant.  Anything that requires more processing is usually a red flag as far as ingesting it is concerned.

And usually man cannot improve on Mother Nature.
