Refined table sugar…great marketing strategy: refined in Webster’s meaning something that suggests taste, something cultivated and genteel, showing a high degree of refinement.
When you think of ‘refined’ table sugar, I want you to think about a REFINERY, which is an industrial plant for purifying a crude substance. Sugar is a toxic substance made even more so by the chemicals added to make it ‘refined’.
