Stress: What Are You Planting?

You know if you plant seeds, it takes time for the fruits of the seeds to push up through the ground’s surface? Same goes for the changes you want to manifest. They take time to see. So, seeing isn’t believing. Seeding is believing. What you seed is what you get. If you seed positive thoughts & habits, success will eventually blossom for you. – Karen Salmansohn

Stress can be a result of living a life that is not congruent with your purpose.  If you are living at odds with who you truly are or working in a job that does not agree with your moral compass or in a relationship that does not support and nurture your spirit, stress will be created.

We plant the ‘seeds of stress’ when we live in a manner that is not true to who we are.  Does it take courage to change?  That might be correct.  Is it stressful to change?  It can be.

Is it stressful to stay in a living pattern that chokes all the life out of you?  Absolutely.
