A Review of Last Night’s MyoFascial Stretching Group Workout

Wednesday nights in the September mark the beginning of a new series of MFS Group Workouts at Legacy Sport & Wellness Center. This month four classes are scheduled in the MFS series.  Last night’s workout included the following exercises-

CV warm-up, Spine warm-up, and the following stretches:


1. Biceps femoris

2. Glute Max deep

3. Longissimus series

4. Pec major deep

5. Short biceps
