As a health and performance Center, it might surprise you to know that Legacy took a group of members on a Day Immersion to a private shooting range outside Canton, Texas. Scott Phillips, former Navy SEAL, teaches a hand gun safety/shooting class to private citizens as well as local SWAT teams and law enforcement agencies. Legacy feels it is important to have experiences that take one outside the comfort zone, give one an opportunity to try something new in a safe and controlled environment, learn a new skill, and – most importantly – challenge the brain…all with a support ‘team’ of like-minded individuals.
