MFS Principle- Tissue Change Takes Time and Consistency

In both the Fellowship and Professional Development Workshops for Practical Application of the ELDOA & MFS exercise, one key teaching point is that it takes time for the fascia to change the shape of the muscle. If an athlete or client wants to maintain the flexibility they gain from the training then certain steps need to be taken in order to be sure change is permanent.
