Great for after a workout!

1 cup coconut milk
2 scoops LifeCore protein powder – vanilla
1 packet Raw Almond butter from Artisania
2 teaspoons Chaga Syrup

Put everything into a blender and mix at high speed until smoothly incorporated.

If blood sugar is not a problem, you may add a banana. Enjoy
