In addition to meeting practitioners from the NYC region each day I have taught a different group-exercise class at Manhattan’s Jewish Community Center located off Amsterdam in the Upper West Side-
Today, Thursday Nov. 14 at 1:30PM is the last day of scheduled group classes at the JCC. Things get started at 1:30 sharp with a 75 -minute Proprioception and Myofascial Stretching Class for the Pelvic Trochanter Muscles. A good crowd is expected as the word has spread throughout the JCC among members, group X instructors, trainers, and JCC staff members from Monday’s ELDOA workout where close to 30 people participated.
Immediately following today’s group- X workout a 15 minute Q&A session will follow where questions about the content from this past week’s series of classes will be discussed as well as other questions pertaining to the SomaTraining program, any of the Legacy Sport & Wellness Center’s schools of training and future programming at the JCC in Manhattan.
The workout today is open to anyone, just tell the JCC you coming to attend the workout.
Although the week has been busy, yesterday I did have a chance to make my way to the JCC via a stroll through Central Park.
If you were not able to make any of the classes this week or missed today’s finale, I hope to see you again at future JCC programming, or perhaps in Dallas for ELDOA-Dallas or other Legacy Events.
