1/2 cup any raw, organic nut you enjoy

1/2 cup raw, organic sliced Granny Smith apple or Bare Fruit Granny Smith Apple Chips

1/2 cup Wilderness Family Natural coconut chips

Add unsweetened almond or coconut milk.

This also makes a great granola or trail mix!

  • You can always substitute an organic Granny Smith apple for the Bare Fruit chips. Just dice with the skin on for a slightly less sweet cereal.

    Those folks trying to control blood sugar levels do well on green apples, but not so great on other fruits.
