Farmed Fish: Just Say No!

We know the value of certain fish in our daily diet…high Omega-3 content to balance out the overwhelmingly high Omega-6 content in the average American diet. It is better to forego fish rather than eating farm-raised fish. Fish farms are around coast lines so any pollution near the shore is pollution in the farm. The fish are fed corn and everyone should know by now that is not a clean, healthy diet for neither man nor fish. Wild is the way to go!
