With the upcoming ELDOA Dallas 1-2 Intensive Seminar quickly approaching in November, the Legacy Sport & Wellness Center plans to share a few helpful ELDOA tips each week leading up the course.

We hope that you can join us for this exciting seminar as the numbers continue to grow each day… no final count yet, but the enrollment has reached an all-time high for North America! If you haven’t enrolled, there is still time! Details can be found on the homepage: www.legacyperformwell.com

ELDOA L5-S1 is like a “magic ELDOA exercise,” according to Guy VOYER DO, the founder of the ELDOA exercises. “It is the one ELDOA that every person can do each day and have very good results,” says VOYER.

The Legacy Center offers the following as a coaching tip specific to L5-S1-

Once you are properly aligned on the wall-floor (it is better to have a flat wall-baseboard as opposed to one where the baseboard is offset from the wall, even a slight amount) be mindful of where you place your intention when you push your lower limb. “Pushing the heels” is NOT the same as pushing behind the knees, calves and Cruis fascia.

According to VOYER, “There are several ways to do ELDOA L5-S1 and depending on what you want to move determines where you push.”
