ELDOA is an exercise system organized by French Osteopath Guy VOYER, DO. The ELDOA dates back several decades but now more and more professional hockey players and staff members are turning to this highly effective exercise tool to re-organize tissue via the fascial links, putting an end to many chronic ailments like “back pain”-  http://canucks.nhl.com/

The Legacy Sport & Wellness Center in Dallas, Tx. was the first facility in the United States with a training model that respects the detail of ELDOA exercises and integrates these exercises into the daily performance training programs of amateur and professional athletes from a multitude of sports including professional hockey players.

Co-owner of Legacy Center, Scott Herrera followed VOYER across the world studying his techniques and teaching methods. Scott is now an ELDOA instructor who teaches the ELDOA and other exercise modalities all over the world.
