Do clients ever describe a headache that “feels like a big compression”?

First, the client needs to cleared by a medical doctor for any neurological pathology such a tumor, stoke etc.

After that, this type of headache-description can be indicative of a lack of cerebral spinal fluid (CSF) movement with respect to the ventricles. There is a series of ELDOA home-exercises that a person can do for this type of headache in an effort to improve the movement of the CSF, the ventricles and thereby change physiology.
