Voda October 2013Twas the night before the conference and all through the land…

This is an exciting Eve!  Tomorrow Legacy Sport & Wellness Center is hosting the largest gathering for an ELDOA Course ever held in North America.   Participants are coming from as far away as New Zealand…from London, Canada, and Barbados as well as New York, Boston, Chicago, Fort Lauderdale, Miami, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Encinitas, Santa Fe, Bloomington, Denver, points in between, and  even Texas!

The five-day conference begins tomorrow at noon with a lecture by Guy VOYER, DO on Fascia, Spine Biomechanics, Inflammation and Applied Tensegrity.  This will be followed by a Q&A session and Legacy has invited several Dallas guests to join us for this presentation.  We are meeting at The Hilton Anatole Hotel tomorrow through Sunday, November 24th.

In addition to daily lectures on anatomy, biomechanics, and methodology, there will be intensive small group work as almost 90 practitioners learn about the power of the ELDOA to relieve pain, correct scoliosis, enhance posture, work on the limbic and visceral systems as it strengthens the spinal muscles.

The comradery built during a VOYER course is another benefit of this work and it creates a small, but growing network throughout the world.  Participants in VOYER programs are working at the top of their game in the health and wellness industry.

But it’s not all work and no play!  There will be Sauna Nights at The Veranda Club.  You haven’t really sauna-ed until you sauna with Guy!  Those who were in the Sauna Course hosted by Brent Meier in Los Angeles are bringing their Voda sauna hats to Dallas in anticipation of another great sauna experience.

Expect the unexpected…there are surprises in store!
