Chaga Berry Shake

1 cup almond milk
1 tbls. Purely-B
1 tbls. Chaga Syrup
1/4 cup organic berry of choice 1 tbls. raw honey

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend at high speed.

You may omit the berries, substitute Yac-)-Power for Chaga Syrup, if you don’t want a chocolate-y taste.

Coconut milk may be used instead of the almond milk.


Great Fiber Milkshake!

6-8 oz. cold almond milk
1-2 tbls. Mercola Fiber Harmony (or your favorite organic fiber) 1-2 tsp. Health-Bac

You may combine in a blender, but it is easy to whisk it up and drink it down.

Be sure to follow with a glass of clean water. Fiber works best when water is a part of your lifestyle!


Chaga Tea Smoothie

6 oz. plain full fat goat or sheep yogurt
750 ml. almond milk
4 tsp. Chag-O-Charge Tea

4 tsp. raw Artisana Nut Butter, your favorite flavor
2 tsp. Chaga Syrup
2 tsp. Yac-O-Power

Put all ingredients in a blender and combine to incorporate.

You may add 1/2 banana to the Tea Smoothie, but only occasionally. It is a high glycemic fruit and not the best choice for those tryping to balance blood sugar.


Juice of Oreganol Tonic

Add 1-2 tbls. of Juice of Oreganol to either organic Tomato Juice or freshly squeezed Carrot Juice.

Whisk to blend.

Remember that fresh squeezed begin to oxidize immediately so juices are best consumed right after preparation.
