Saturday Morning ELDOA

Saturday morning was the first class back after the holiday weekend. A good group of people showed up for ELDOA class so it turned out to be more of an advanced session with some exercises from ELDOA II for the sacra-iliac joint. Saturday’s workout summary:


Warm-up Series

L4-5 with factors

L2-3 with factors

T10-11 ips-lateral and classic


General lumbar, Base of the Lesser Arm, and L5-S1
