Nutir-Sense and Chaga Tea Smoothie

1 cup almond milk
1 tbls. Nutri-Sense (vitamin B complex w/o Torula Yeast)
1 tbls. Chag-O-Power
1 tbls. Yac-O-Power
Blend until smooth.
Coconut milk may be substituted for almond milk.


Purely-B Pick Me Up

6-8 oz. organic freshly squeezed grapefruit juice (sugar free)
1-2 tbls. Purely-B Powder
Pour juice into glass or blender and add Purely-B. Whisk vigorously or blend to mix.
This is very refreshing, especially during a long, hot Texas summer.
Remember that grapefruit juice can spike blood sugar in those who are insulin resistant.


Coconut Milk Smoothie

1 cup unflavored coconut milk
1 cup almond milk, unsweetened 1 tbls. Nutri-Sense
1 tbls. Uac-O-Power
2-3 tbls. raw nut butter IArtisana is a great raw butter)
1 tbls. Chag-O-Charge Tea
Put in a blend on high speed to mix.
Berries or 1/2 banana may be added occasionally to make the smoothie even more of a treat!


Imuplus Protein Shake

1 cup almond milk
1/4 to 1/2 cup plain full fat goat of sheep yogurt
1/13 cup raw Artisana Almond Butter (any flavor you like will do) 2 tbls. Yac-O-Power
1 packet ImuPlus _packets should be stored in the fridge or a cool, dry place.
WHISK vigorously. Use of an electric blender will denature the ImuPlus bio-active benefits. This is a bio-active, non- denatured whey protein isolate formula.
