Always on our minds?
We say we want to be loved. Perhaps we should say we want to be loving.
We seek someone to love us. Maybe we should decide to love ourselves.

Much like happiness, love is an inside job.
We are meant to love.
When we learn how to love, the experience of being that love fills us. It doesn’t matter what others say or do. Loving does not depend on any external condition. We love because we must.
Even though I believe we receive what we put out there, being loved in return is not as important as giving expression to the love we have to give. That is constant. It will always be in us. People and things come and go. We can allow ourselves to be hurt by that fact. However, the love that is us, lives in us. Nothing changes that.
So love IS always on our minds!
