Legacy Sport & Wellness Center is hosting the ELDOA 1-2 Intensive Training Nov. 20-24 @ the Hilton Anatole as part of the North American ELDOA Conference 2013.
A new lecture has been added to the calendar of events for that week in Dallas and it is open to the public- “The Fascia, Applied Tensegrity, and Spine Bio-mechanics.” The lecture is scheduled for 90 minutes with a 30-minute Q & A to follow.
“The muscle is a stupid piece of meat… the fascia is part of the nervous system”- VOYER.
Legacy Sport & Wellness Center is working to organize a video production of this lecture on the fascia, tensegrity, and how to use proper exercise(s) with people rather than the current standard found in both the rehabilitation and training fields.
The conference in Dallas begins at noon on Nov. 20th!
To RSVP for the lecture, or learn more about the ELDOA Dallas 1-2 Practitioner Training, contact Legacy Sport & Wellness Center at www.legacyperformwell.com
