Thursday evening @ the Legacy Sport & Wellness Center a group of students from the CHEK Institute and Exercise Coach Dallas scheduled a series of semi-private training workouts after a day filled with study and assessments. Legacy members were invited to attend the workouts as well so the turnout to both sessions was GREAT!

The first workout was a short 30-minute General Exercise Class where students in class were introduced to awareness drills and proprioception exercises of the ankle, foot,and knee followed by some analytic training of the total body. The second class was a 45-minute Myo-fascial Stretching Class. A list of the stretches from class will be posted for members with a wellness account at the Center.

Classes begin @830AM with ABS-30 followed by General ELDOA 900AM.
