The ELDOA Classic Group Workout is a centerpiece in our exercise and training programs. For nearly two decades, the Center has scheduled several ELDOA Group Workouts each month and we encourage everyone who is a member of our community to participate in them. The results speak for themselves…there is simply no other exercise modality that can compare to the ELDOA.
The ELDOA Group Workout will appear on the schedule as follows: ELDOA Classic.
What is an ELDOA Classic Workout?
The ELDOA Classic Group Workout is a 60-minute session. This class is for everyone: all ages ranging from teenagers to senior citizens. The session includes a well-organized warm-up and cool down, and the body of the class is composed of the postures of the
spine (the most beneficial ELDOA for everyone) and a few postures for either the shoulders, the hip, or pelvis.
To learn more about the benefits of the ELDOA, we invite you to attend the first two hours of the ELDOA 1 Certification Saturday morning December 16 immediately following the ELDOA Classic Group Workout (9:00 am).
