Repeatedly, Legacy has educated athletes, medical practitioners, trainers, teams and clients as to why foam rolling is only good for the sensation. At Winterfest this past December with the Washington Nationals, Legacy and a colleague presented on this very topic – the IT Band (Deltoid of Farabeuf) and Myofascial Stretching – ELDOA.
