Practical Review of ELDOA 1 & 2 – a course designed to review all of the spinal ELDOA postures as well as provide discussion and practice to help practitioners better implement these tools.
Introduction to Myofascial Stretching – a workshop designed to teach several of the most frequently used MFS postures. MFS is an excellent compliment to the ELDOA.
How to Teach a Group Myofascial Stretching Workout (Collective Class) Level 1 and Level 2 – how to organize all of the elements of a group MFS workout and how to plan the session to meet the needs and goals of your clients
Practical Review of Abdominal Training – a thorough review of the abdominal training course as well as in depth practical discussion on how best to use these tools in practice/training
Introduction to Squat Training and How to Warm-Up for a Squat Workout
How to Integrate Global Exercise and Analytical Segmental Training, Proprioception, MFS and ELDOA
Back Pain Workshop – how to organize an exercise class for back pain clients (reinforcement, stretching, proprioception, and ELDOA)
Practical Application for Specific Completed Course(s) – a half day or full day review can be structured to discuss and practice aspects of any completed certification course (ELDOA 1, as an example). These workshops review all the postures of the completed course(s). There will also be discussion and practice time to help you better implement the tools in your practice.
