In this month’s weekly newsletter series, we introduce a new section: the Training Table.
Topics of discussion in the Training Table include the importance of food quality, food choices specific to a person, farming and the food industry, metabolic health, supplements, cooking tips, shopping recommendations and more.
Within our Community, the Training Table is viewed as one the most important aspects of a person’s plan, second only to quality exercise! We think of the Training Table as one aspect of the modern-day pharmacy.
The Training Table is where sports performance and wellness begin!

Movember, the month formerly known as November, is an annual event involving the growing of moustaches during the month to raise awareness of men’s health issues, such as prostate cancer, testicular cancer, and men’s suicide. It is a portmanteau of the Australian-English diminutive word for moustache, “mo” and “November”.
Prostate health in the osteopathic paradigm is approached differently than in modern medicine. Exercise is used as a preventative modality. In the TVA tutorial Saturday morning Nov. 4th, Scott will briefly discuss the pelvic floor region and how it relates to the TVA muscle, and then he will take the exercise group through a brief training session of the TVA muscle and pelvic floor.

We invite all our clients and the members of our community to enroll in this education seminar.
Prior to Registration, Legacy Sport & Wellness will host a one- hour ELDOA Wellness Workout. There is no charge for the morning workout if you enroll for the ELDOA 1 seminar.
NEW: The 2024 Winter School: The tentative dates for the 2024 Winter School are January 4th to the 7th. Additional dates
can be added based upon student demand. The tentative outline for Winter Intensive includes the following courses: Pumping of the Upper Limb and Temporal- Mandibular Joint, Pumping of the Pelvis and Trunk, Strengthening of the Upper Limb and Trunk, Myo-fascial Stretching, and How to Organize a Group Workout/How to Build A Community. We plan to finalize the dates and curriculum in the next two weeks.
