Buzz words like “sauna”, “fascia” and now “fasting” circulate through the exercise and wellness professions, but often there is a misuse of terms. For example, the Dry Sauna is a sauna, but an infrared sauna is not a true Sauna, and Fasting is not Intermittent Fasting. The use of sauna for both wellness and sports performance, fascia and exercise, and fasting are all topics that are part of the workshops hosted at Legacy Sport & Wellness Center in Dallas.
