Stress: What You Can Do About It

Nice little video about what it is and the difference between good and bad stress relative to each person, of course. Legacy Sport & Wellness Center has designed a program to help people and athletes with stress. It involves changes to your life and diet, mental programming, as well as exercise, dry sauna sessions and if available, cranial treatments, which affect the dura mater, PRM and tension inside the skull and brainstem.
