One of Legacy’s clients came in for her regular one-on-one training. A young professional woman, she has suffered from IBS for many years. After a number of months without symptoms, tonight she was bloated, stomach distended and hard with abdominal pain.

After a bit of cardio and an osteo-articular warmup, we prepared the abdominals with rolling and unrolling and then did the 9-Part ABS. Before we were through with that one series of exercises, her stomach started releasing and she was able to train as planned. When she left, she not only looked better, she felt great!
