ELDOA Level 3 Certification Course
Ribcage and Sternum, Shoulder Complex, and Hips
Length of course: 3 days
The focus of ELDOA 3 is the Peripheral Joints – ribcage and sternum, shoulder complex, and coxo-femoral joint. This Certification course begins with a review of ELDOA 1 and 2. Kapandji biomechanics and descriptive anatomy are taught for the aforementioned regions and kinesiology laws are discussed.
The ELDOA postures taught in the course include the ELDOA for the hips, the shoulder – all parts – and for the ribs and sternum.
Prerequisties: completion of ELDOA Level 2 in the Comprehensive Certification Program.

Discuss the Importance of a Home Program
discuss the Examination for ELDOA Level 4 – ELDOA Trainer
At the end of the course, participants receive a Certificate of Completion as a Student-Practitioner Level 3.
