Start a Morning Routine-
A morning routine does NOT mean to get up and force yourself to run 3 miles @ the crack of dawn! A morning routine is 10-15 minutes of quality movement first thing upon rising. There are numerous exercises and movements that can be done. One example is an ELDOA exercise and another that we teach people to do is called a “good morning”. This is an exercise where one pumps the spine gently with a fluidic type of movement lubricating the joints. It takes less than 3 minutes and can be easily followed by another movement for the spine, “Translation of the spine”.
