Movement is Life

At the Center we teach adults over 35 years of age the need to change the way they approach exercise and movement especially if they played competitive sports most of their lives. The goal as an adult is to move, more and more every day, as opposed to “training hard” or “not training at all”. As our bodies age, we need to be more like kids, and move and play more throughout the day.
