MFS Tip: If Your Flexible Does that Mean you Don’t Need Myofascial Stretching?

A common misconception is that if you are flexible then you don’t need myofascial stretching. Not TRUE! Myofascial stretching is a system of stretching which works to re-organize the fascia via the fascial chains respecting fiber directions of the structures as well as the mobility between structures in proximity to the target region.
