Learning how to be a healthy and a happy human being takes work for many people. For this reason Legacy Sport & Wellness Center organized a monthly coaching series to compliment our Wellness Program. The first lesson that we meet to work on is “How to Build A Healthy and Consistent Routine.” People with a plan, and more importantly, people with a written plan that supports one’s Core Values as a person and the Goals are happier people, healthier people and people who Create What Their Happiness.
