What do the sports of GOLF, Tennis, and Baseball all have in common?

Each of these sports is a uni-lateral sport. What does that mean?

A uni-lateral sport is an activity requiring repetitive movements on one side of the body. For example, if you compare the sports of judo or wrestling to men’s or women’s tennis, the sports of wrestling/judo are much more balanced in the context of the movements required by the athlete to compete in a match as well as their training vs. that of a tennis player.

Tennis, GOLF and Baseball, especially baseball pitching, requires a marked amount of movement to one side of the body which creates imbalance throughout the entire body and making injuries to the shoulder, elbow, and wrist highly likely-  www.legacyperformwell.com
