Legacy preform wellThe spinal column is built from bony vertebrae, fibro-cartilaginous discs and strong ligaments. Every vertebra has a disc separating it from the next vertebra EXCEPT for the last lumbar vertebra and the sacrum. Below the sacrum there are no more discs hence NO more sock absorbers! To maintain the quality of the last discs, the exercise L5-S1 is done on a daily basis which normalizes the structures and brings nourishing fluids to the disc preventing degeneration at this level.
