Legacy Sport & Wellness News: Wellness Program and the Benefits of Being Outdoors

At the Legacy Center in Dallas we organized a well-rounded Wellness Program that works to balance the body. Our exercise  program is unmatched by any other, but we also created an Outdoors and Adventure program which includes a walking program outdoors. We did this because the benefits of being outdoors are well-documented. At the bottom of our website homepage a link to Legacy’s walking program can be found. Here is another article speaking about the benefits of being outdoors.  Also on the home page, you will find a route of the month with a route map so you can walk the Legacy route on your own…or make an appointment and we will walk with you!
