Last week we shared a case history of a young boy who had been diagnosed with several mental disorders coupled with the fact that he was not sleeping through the night. Dietary changes were addressed, an exercise program 3 days a week  was started and screen time was limited from 14 hours a week the boy was spending in front of all electronic devices… the results, after only a few days, the boy slept through the night.
