Stabilizing blood sugar is not just about what foods you eat. Stress is a trigger in the brain for the release of cortisol which primes the body by stabilizing membranes and increasing blood sugar.  If you have a job, play a sport or have a limbic system and/or sensory system that is more sensitive to stress, then blood sugar stability can be an issue for you even if your diet is relatively balanced for your type.
