The Training Table is the name of Legacy Sport & Wellness Center’s food and lifestyle area. At our Center in Dallas we have an entire area within the Center dedicated for the Training Table. Clients and athletes are taught how to use the Training Table Store the very first day the visit the Center. On our webpage, the Training Table has its own facebook link and when the Center posts information specific to food and all that it can be found under this heading. The story behind the name is the topic for another post, but it stems from attending school and playing football at SMU post-death penalty when the University brass decided that neither the student body or athletes should have a proper dining hall providing the essentials.
