Aerobic Training- YES or NO?
The Legacy Sport & Wellness Center recommends aerobic training for both Wellness & Sport clients!
We discuss the physiology behind this and how to build a proper base conditioning program in our Wellness Coaching Classes and one-on-one private training sessions.
