Legacy News: “New” in the Fitness Training Field

Today someone emailed the Center and in the exchange of dialogue it was said that “body weight training and taking a joint through its full range of motion is the next evolution of Functional Training.” We don’t know what’s new about that. Many people in the past have discussed “quality movement”, but few understand what that really means. In order to understand a “full range”, an understanding of the descriptive anatomy and Tensegrity biomechanics is necessary…sound familiar? Instead of enrolling in another course based upon someone’s theories of movement, consider the SomaTraining Programs hosted by Legacy Sport & Wellness Center and based on the work of Guy VOYER, DO.
