Legacy Exercise: Rolling and Unrolling of the Spine

Rolling-Unrolling of the spine is a foundational exercise used to improve the quality of movement of the spine and its independent segments.  The Abdominals are a blend of fiber types that require both dynamic and static training.  Additionally, the Abs help to move the organs of the trunk.  “Rolling-unrolling” is used to build a base before a more specific abdominal routine is implemented.
