Do You Know How To Organize A Class?

Legacy News: Important Post About Group-X Classes-

Recently one our clients changed jobs and her new company purchased a gym membership for them. So she attended a class at the Big BoxE gym where the name was something to the effect of Cardio Burst? Our client struggled through the class and left a little defeated seeing that she young- late 20’s and works out daily. There are several key points to this story with two being- 1. No matter how fit you are when you do something completely new you will struggle because it is new to your body. Many of the professional athletes that come to take class at the Center in Dallas cannot complete the minimum amount of reps in a Wellness Class we teach- because it is new but they quickly adapt. 2. Classes need to be organized to respect factors of progression and ability level of the students with respect to class content. The only class at Legacy Center where beginners and experts can mix is ELDOA. Other classes are organized by Wellness and Sport with two levels- 1.0 and 2.0.
