Improve Your Golf Swing with Diaphragm Work-

It is not uncommon to hear golf fitness-experts speak about “loss of rotation” or a “short backswing” due to limited rotation in the thoracic spine or “trunk”. Here is a tip you can use to improve both your swing and putting stroke- improve the quality of the movement of the diaphragm though Myo-fascial stretching of the diaphragm or combine that with treatment of the diaphragm from a skilled practitioner and you will experience more mobility of the rib cage. Greater rib cage mobility will transfer a high quality of movement during the swing and putting strokes when integrated properly.
