A take-away from this past weekend-
When working with a canal, the goal is “to create space in the canal”, as opposed to “squeezing the canal, which in turn squeezes the contents, including the liquid found within the canal. Now, if we change our wording just slightly, instead of spinal column (stacked boney structures) we use spinal canal… then we begin to look at this structure, its function, and how we treat and exercise “it” completely differently.
