Wednesday Workout – Semi-Private Series

This workout is a combination of all the analytical exercise we teach at Legacy: strengthening of the upper limb and torso, strengthening of the lower limb, abdominal exercises, myofascial stretching, and ELDOA™.
Each week focuses on a different body part with different exercises to create balance and strength in all parts of the muscle being targeted.
