Scott Herrera teaches the postures, stretching a muscular chain within a fascial chains. MFS works all the things that attach to the muscle, not just the muscle itself.
The goal of MFS is not to gain flexibility, but a freedom at the level of the articulation.
The Practical may be taken without having taken the Theory lecture offered on-line.
Fee: $700.00 for the two-day course, no sales tax
$50.00 for the course manual, plus Texas sales tax
